SassFactor Fitness works with highly active women, first responders, and weekend warriors 40+ who are ready to return to the activities they love. Even if part of you has stopped believing that's still on the table.
We pair functional nutrition with corrective exercise, addressing stress, sleep, gut health, and movement together, to help you build lasting strength and resilience. Real, individualized care, built around your body and your life.

Somewhere between the pain, the fatigue, and being told this is just what aging looks like, itβs easy to lose sight of who you were before all of this. But that person isnβt gone, and your body is still capable of more than youβve been led to believe.
When stress, sleep, gut health, and movement are addressed together instead of separately, real change becomes possible, at any age. You donβt have to keep guessing, and you donβt have to accept less.
Book a discovery call and start designing the life you truly desire.
A root-cause playbook for first responders, weekend warriors, and highly active women 40+
You eat well. You move your body. You have done everything you were told to do. And you still hurt, still can't shift the weight, still get sent home with normal labs and a prescription. You're not "too old." Your body isn't broken. It's been trying to get your attention.

Fighting pain? Negotiating with your body just to get through routine daily tasks? Grieving the identities you loved and feel like you lost?
Coming back from those places is possible. Not perfectly, and not without effort, but farther than you might think.
Are you ready to find out what's possible for you?
Your story is not finished. Your finish line is not wherever someone else decided to place it. Your body, this brilliant, communicative, resilient partner you've lived in your whole life, still has more in it.
Meet your body where it is and take the first step toward getting it back. Book your discovery call today.

Changing habits can be challenging. Theyβre imbedded in our behavior, often running on autopilot without us even noticing.
Wellness Coaching is a collaborative effort between you and your coach, you and me, to discover and build a road map based on your priorities and goals. Itβs entirely up to you what those goals are and what we work on in sessions. Youβre in the driverβs seat, and Iβm here to support you along the way.
Β· Learn how to get out of autopilot and adjust habits to match your priorities and the life you want to live.
Β· Build practical tools for making decisions that support your goals.
Β· Set goals in a way that helps you progress consistently and creates lasting change.
Β· Functional Nutrition: Understand how nutrition actually works in your body, not an "eat healthy" directive meant for the masses, but real information on nutrient function, absorption, and utilization. What works for one person may not for another.
Create a wellness vision for the life you want. Then go get it.

Get a movement plan personalized for you.
Your movement plan should be built for you, not pulled from a generic template. That means training that improves your movement patterns while accounting for your stress load, and your bodyβs actual ability to recover. Recovery matters as much as training. Without it, training progress stalls. This is especially true for first responders and shift workers.
The right plan for you is the difference between discomfort, pain, and frustration in the gym, and movement that feels good and steadily moves you toward your goals.

A root-cause playbook for strategies to reduce stress driven inflammation and pain.
Learn how stress, sleep, inflammation play a role in how your body functions and how you feel. Then learn tools to help you shift the story and reignite progress toward your fitness goals.
I used to struggle with persistent pain, energy crashes, foggy thinking and weight gain that came out of nowhere. Everything felt like a chore. Until I learned how to optimize how my body actually functions.
I combined functional nutrition, a movement plan built around improving proper movement patterns, and strategies to address stress related inflammation, and irregular sleep patterns, all at the same time. That combination helped my body begin to really recover and start to perform the way it used to.
Today I coach first responders, weekend warriors, and active women 40+ who are post injury recovery and want to return to the activities they love, without over restrictive protocols and without crashing or burning out.
The goal is simple: get you back to feeling like you again, and to living a vibrant, pain free, fit life!
